Sweet Gilly’s Specialty Bakeshop is owned and operated by 25-year-old Gillian Kirk, also known as Gilly! From a young age, Gillian expressed a passion for baking and art. She found a way to incorporate her love for pastries and fine art, creating an atmosphere of beautiful visuals and delicious treats. At the age of 18, Gillian was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions, leading her to develop recipes free from the top 9 allergens. She’s extremely passionate about providing her community with allergen-friendly desserts and savory offerings. Gillian believes everyone should have access to custom, sumptuous treats, regardless of whether they have allergies or not!
Our bakery is a destination for all who want to enjoy a bright and airy atmosphere, delicious treats, and specialty coffees and teas. We hope to provide a luxury experience from the captivating atmosphere to the customer service and, of course, our pastries. Come and experience the fairytale setting while you enjoy a sweet treat!
